摘　　要：农村劳动力向城市转移具有一定规律性,这种规律性既表现为转移劳动力对人力资本和社会资本的双重拥有,也表现为特定区域的选择;在农村劳动力沉淀于城市过程中,人力资本和社会资本的双重遴选机制更为显著;无论在城市还是在农村,这部分群体的社会分化在悄悄发生。The study shows that the process of rural labor force transferring to the city has a certain regularity.This regularity is not only reflected in the dual ownership of human capital and social capital,as well as the choice of a particular region;in the process of rural labor force settling down in urban areas,dual selection mechanism of human capital and social capital play a remarkable role.Because of the role of two kinds of capital,social differentiation took place for this group of people quietly in both urban and rural areas.In accordance with the social division for migrant workers,this article present public policy recommendations.
