摘　　要：本文简述了Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ的形成、发展和基本结构，讨论了Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ的四个最主要的基本服务，提出了以地质队为基础建立自己的局域网络系统，联入和访问Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ的设计思想，并介绍了使用ｍｏｄｅｍ拨号入网的基本方法。This paper expounds the formation,evolution and the elementary structure of the Internet. Four essential services of the Internet are discussed.A basic engineering, idea to build an independent LAN, which accesses to and visits the Internet, is put forward on the basis of the geological prospecting team. Besides,the basic way to log in on the Internet with modem is introduced.
