摘 要:目的进一步提高肋骨弓部骨折的诊断准确率。方法对我院近四年来肋骨弓部骨折并复诊的89例患者,其中63例进行数字化透视与采集图像。结果89例患者中,14例(15.7%)漏诊,2例(2.2%)误诊,两者共16例(18.0%)。平片误诊或漏诊原因为投照体位不当,肋骨重叠,图像质量较差,细微结构显示不清。结论数字化多轴位透视与图像采集不受呼吸、运动的影响,避免了肋骨重叠,图像质量优,对肋骨弓部骨折的诊断具有很大价值。Objective To farther improve diagnosis accurate rate of rib bow fracture. Methods The 89 cases of rib bow fracture with return visit in our hospital near four years. Among them 63 cases proceed fluroseopy and collect imaging. Results Of the 89cases ,leak diagnosis 14cases( 15.7% ) ,misdiagnosis 2 cases(2. 2% ) ,So altogether there were 16 cases( 18.0% ). The reason of leak diagnosis and misdiagnosis were incorrect posture of exposure, rib lap,worse digital quality,small construction not show brightness. Conclusion Breathe and activity not influence on many stalk digital fluroscopy and collect imaging, avoid rib lap, superior imaging quality, have very big value of rib bow fracture diagnosis.
