摘　　要：以《华西口腔医学杂志》编辑参加临床医疗实践为例,阐述医学期刊编辑理论结合实际的重要性,为医学期刊人才培养和长足发展提供新思路和借鉴方法。According to the practice of West China Journal of Stomatology, this article elucidates the role of participating clinical practice in medical editors and of combining theory and practice in medical editorial department, in order to provide a useful method for the development of medical editorial department and the cultivation of medical editors.
