摘 要:为了分析台架试验载荷工况对轮毂轴承疲劳寿命的影响,建立了轮毂轴承接触分析的三维有限元模型。分析计算在三种台架试验工况(径向、轴向及径向、轴向联合承载)下,轮毂轴承内外圈的最大应力位置与应力分布规律。模拟结果表明,轮毂轴承径向承载的Mises应力水平最高为3392MPa,径向、轴向联合承载应力水平次之为2431MPa,轴向承载应力水平最低为1960MPa;最大接触应力面积都为一小尖角,但不同工况分布位置不同,并随着应力的递减,等值应力面积逐渐增大;在三种工况下内外圈滚道与滚动体接触处的最大接触应力沿周向呈现不同的分布趋势。建模规则和分析结果对轮毂轴承的设计与生产具有一定的参考价值。In order to analyze the influence of bench test loads to the hub beating's fatigue life, the hub bearing FEM model was established using finite element analysis software ABAQUS. Under three kinds of different bench test operating mode (radial load, axial load and combined radial and axial load), the contact stress distribution of inner ring and external ring was analyzed. The simulation result indicated that loading radial load Mises stress level is highest, that is 3392MPa, loading combined radial and axial load stress is 2431MPa, loading axial load stress is 1960 MPa. The biggest contact stress area is a small acute angle, but the location is different, and along with stress decreasing progressively, the equivalent stress area increased gradually; the biggest contact stress along circumferential presented different distributed tendency. The principles and results were of certain value for the design and manufacturing of hub bearing.
