摘  要:故障影响分析是可靠性分析中的一项重要内容。通过分析、评价故障模式和故障原因,合理制定可靠性设计改进措施和预防性维修方案,这对车辆可靠性的研究与最终应用有着重要的意义。因此,提出了基于模糊层次分析法的车辆故障影响综合评估模型,用三角模糊数来表征专家判断信息,层次分析法来对专家判断结果进行处理,实现从整体角度进行故障影响排序,找出关键故障模式和故障原因,为改进措施决策提供依据,并通过实例对其可行性进行验证。Failure effect analysis is an important part of reliability analysis. By failure analysis and assessment, reliability design and preventive maintenance plans can be implemented. It has significant influence on vehicle reliability design and assessment as well as failure prevention. A comprehensive impact assessment model is established based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), which applies triangular fuzzy numbers to experts' judgment and AHP to decision. With the model, the impact order is arranged from a general point of view, and the key failure mode and reason can be determined. The feasibility is validated by carrying out the comprehensive assessment on brake system.
