摘　　要：目的:测定白附子趁鲜加工炮制饮片中草酸钙针晶的含量,比较炮制因素对其含量的影响。方法:RP-HPLC法。结果:白附子趁鲜加工后草酸钙针晶含量降低。结论:白矾复制法能够降低鲜白附子中草酸钙含量,可能是其刺激性降低的原因之一。RP-HPLC法简单快捷,可操作性强,结果准确可信。Objective：To RP - HPLC determination of white Fuzi take advantage of the processing of fresh - crystal samples of calcium oxalate content. Method：RP- HPLC method. Results： White Fuzi take advantage of fresh- processed calcium oxalate crystal decreased. Conclusion：White Fuzi take advantage of fresh processed to reduce calcium oxalate content ; RP - HPLC method is quick and easy maneuverability strong, credible and accurate.
