摘  要:近几年,我国中医药的发展备受关注,在研究者的努力下,中医药事业逐渐走向规范化、现代化和国际化,在世界舞台上发挥着越来越重要的作用。随着中药提取分离技术的不断完善和发展,在国内外对黄芩的研究中,不断发现新的具有生物活性的化合物,寻找黄芩新资源已经成为今后的研究方向。但是,在黄芩发挥疗效的有效物质基础探索方面却少有进展,尤其是在黄芩解热化学成分的研究方面,而是把黄芩中含量较多的化学成分———黄芩苷作为黄芩解热的主要化学成分进行研究,未免有失偏颇。对黄芩解热化学成分的研究可以从药效学入手,结合指纹图谱和谱效关系,逐步分析与解热关系最为密切的化学物质或成分配比,再进行药效学研究,来说明黄芩解热的物质基础。In the last few years, under the effort of Chinese medicine researchers, our traditional medicine has been more gradually, modernization and internationally. With the development of the withdraws and the separate technique of the Chinese herbal medicine, we discovered new compound of the living creature activity continuously during the research of Scutellaria. It is a new direction to research new resources. However, there is a little progress on the researching of the living material foundation which makes scutellaria exertive treatment, especially on the study of solving the hot chemistry composition. On the contrary, we made the baicalin been the main chemistry material when Seutellaria reduce fever, only because its content is the most. As far as my concern, it is to lose one - side. We can start from the pharmacodynamics of the chemical constituents of baicalin with spectral fingerprint and - effect relationship. Then we analys the most closely chemical composition or the ratio of material which related to reduce fever. Taking that back to experiment to found the material basis of antipyretic.
