摘　　要：在细胞培养实验中,血清的处理和细胞的冻存这两方面的问题,是较为复杂也是比较容易出错的。而血清处理和细胞冻存过程中的技术细节若处理不当,会对细胞培养的效果产生较明显的影响。就理论学习及实验操作中获得的经验,对血清的保存、解冻、沉淀物和热灭活的问题,及细胞冻存的方法和注意事项等细节问题作一总结。That the serum treatment and frozen cells exist in the cell cultivation, is comparatively complicated and comparatively easy to make mistakes. But, serum handles and produces if cell frozen technology detail in storing process being not handled properly,being going to be to the cell cultivation effect more obvious effect. Experience the main body of a book is gained right away in author study of the theory and experiment operation, preservation, thaw, precipitate and fever to serum exterminate detail problem such as method and matters needing attention that lively problem, and cell frozen and store assuming a summary.
