清凉膏抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究清凉膏的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀、热板刺激、冰醋酸刺激小鼠扭体等方法研究清凉膏的抗炎及镇痛作用。结果:清凉膏中、大剂量组能明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀;抑制大鼠足肿胀;药后6h能明显延长小鼠疼痛反应时间,减少小鼠扭体次数。结论:清凉膏具有显著的抗炎、镇痛作用。Objectives ： To study the anti - inflammatory and analgesic effect of Qinglianggao cream. Methods ： The anti - inflammatory and analgesic effect of Qinglianggao cream was studied by adopting methods of mice ear swelling induced by dimethyl benzene, feet swelling of rats caused by carrageenan, hot plate test and the acetic acid writhing response of mice. Results： For mid and high dose groups of Qinghanggao cream, ear swelling of mice induced by dimethyl benzene was obviously inhibited ; feet swelling of rats was inhibited ; pain reaction period of mice was significantly prolonged after 6 hours of administration and the writhing times of mice were decreased. Conclusion： Qinglianggao cream is obvious in anti -inflammatory and analgesic effect.
