摘 要:目的:观察非酒精性脂肪性肝病血瘀证患者血浆NO、ET含量的变化,探讨NO、ET在非酒精性脂肪性肝病血瘀证发生发展中的作用。方法:58例非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者,根据血瘀证诊断标准分为血瘀证组32例和非血瘀证组26例,全自动生化仪检测血清TG、TC含量,放免法检测血浆NO、ET水平,并与25名正常体检者进行对照。结果:NAFLD血瘀证组和非血瘀证组患者血清TG、TC含量较正常组明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.05);NAFLD血瘀证组ET含量?ET/NO值明显高于正常组与非血瘀证组(P<0.01,P<0.05);NO含量显著低于正常组与非血瘀证组(P<0.01);非血瘀证组NO含量较正常组明显下降,ET/NO值较正常组显著升高(P<0.01),ET含量与正常组比差异无统计学意义(P(0.05)。结论:ET、NO参与了NAFLD血瘀证的发生发展,NO、ET分泌失调可能是非酒精性脂肪性肝病血瘀证产生的病理基础之一。Objective:To measure the amounts of plasma endothelin (ET) and nitricoxide (NO) in patients with Blood -Stasis Syndrome of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) ,so as to investigate the the effect of ET and NO on the development and progression of Blood - Stasis Syndrome of NAFLD. Methods: According to the diagnosis criterion of blood - stasis syndrome ,58 cases with NAFLD were divided into blood - stasis syndrome group ( n = 32) and non blood - stasis syndrome group (n = 26). The control group was 25 individuals having general physical examination. The concentration of serum TG and TC were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer and the level of plasma NO and ET by radio immunoassay. Results : The concentration of serum TG and TC in patients with NAFLD was significantly higher than that of healthy controls( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ) ; The concentration of ET and ET/NO ratio in blood - stasis syndrome group was significantly higher than that of non blood -stasis syndrome group and healthy group, whereas the concentration of NO was significantly lower( P 〈 0.01 ) ; the concentration of serum NO in non blood - stasis syndrome group was significantly lower than that of healthy group,whereas the ET/NO was significantly higher. The difference of concerntration of ET was not obviously between the blood - stasis syndrome group and healthy group. Conclusion : ET and NO participate in the development and progression of Blood - Stasis Syndrome of NAFLD. The abnormal secretion of ET and NO may be play an important role in the pathogenesis of Blood - Stasis Syndrome of NAFLD.
