三七总苷对病毒性心肌炎iNOS表达的影响及意义

摘　　要：目的:病毒性心肌炎(VMC)的治疗没有特异方法,本实验探讨三七总苷对VMC的作用及其对诱生型一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)的影响及意义。方法:本实验是在建立VMC小鼠动物模型的基础上探讨了三七总苷对VMC小鼠心肌炎细胞浸润、心肌坏死的影响及其对iNOS蛋白表达的影响及意义。结果:三七总苷干预组小鼠心肌的炎细胞浸润和心肌坏死较单纯VMC组明显减轻,VMC小鼠iNOS蛋白持续表达,表达高峰在接种病毒后9天,三七总苷治疗组iNOS蛋白表达明显减少。结论:三七总苷对VMC有治疗作用,并能明显减少iNOS的表达。三七总苷减少iNOS及NO可能是其治疗VMC的机制之一。Objective： There are no special methods about the diagnosis and therapy of viral myocarditis （VMC）. Our experiment studied the effect and significance of total saponins of panax notoginseng（TPN） on VMC and Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase（iNOS）. Methods： Our experiment established murine model of VMC, then the effect of TPN on the pathologie change of VMC mice and iNOS were studied. Results： Inflammatory cell infiltration and myocardial necrosis of VMC mice in TPN intervention group were milder than simple VMC group,iNOS protein was expressed in viral myocarditis persistent, the peak expression was on day 9 after virus inoculation, protein expression of iNOS decreased apparently in TPN intervention group. Conclusions ： TPN has therapeutic effect on VMC. TPN also can decrease iNOS, it may be one of the mechanism of curing VMC.
