摘　　要：酒精性肝纤维化是酒精性肝硬化的早期阶段,是酒精性肝病发展为酒精性肝硬化的中间阶段和必经之路。中医药治疗酒精性肝纤维化有着自身的优势,本研究遵循临床流行病学的原则和方法,设计了《酒精性肝纤维化中医证候调查表》,对酒精性肝纤维化患者的临床资料进行调查,对调查表获得的临床资料做分布研究,以了解酒精性肝纤维化临床资料的分布情况。Alcoholic liver fibrosis （ALF） was the early stage of alcoholic liver disease （ALD） and the intermediate stage and necessary process of ALD turned into alcoholic cirrhosis. Traditional Chinese Medicine was advantaged in treating ALF. The study run following the principles and methods of clinical epidemiology. 199 ALF patients was investigated by filling in the TCM syndrome questionaire with ALF, and the clinical data acquired from which was analyzed to research the distribution information of ALF.
