摘　　要：目的:将传统中医辨证方法同现代系统生物学理论相结合,探讨冠心病中医辨证分型与基于GC-TOF/MS的血清代谢组学的关系。方法:选取的冠心病患者辨证分为痰阻心脉、气阴两虚、气虚血瘀及气滞血瘀4型。应用GC-TOF/MS测定健康人及不同中医证型的冠心病患者血清内源性代谢物,并用偏最小乘方分析法(PLS-DA)分析其代谢谱。结果:PLS-DA分析的结果表明:该方法不仅可以有效区分疾病组和健康对照组,且男性患者中气虚血淤型和痰阻心脉型可明显区分开来;女性患者中气虚血瘀型、痰阻心脉型和气阴两虚型冠心病患者间可明显区分开来。结论:基于GC-TOF/MS和模式识别的代谢组学技术在揭示传统中医理论本质上有着广泛的应用前景。Objective ：To combine together the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and systemic biology. To study the correlation between different types of syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine of coronary heart disease and blood serum metabonomics based on GC -TOF/MS. Methods ：Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types of coronary heart disease are divided into four kinds ： blood stagnancy due to deficiency of QI, type of deficiency of both QI, YIN and heart meridian stagnation of phlegm, QI-stagnancy and blood stasis. To survey and evaluate endogenous metabolism in patients serum of health group and types of syndrome mentioned above with GC-TOF/MS. Then, analyze the metabolin with Partial Least Squares-Discriminant Analysis. Results：The consequence of PLS-DA can shows the differentiation that of disease group and health group; that of blood stagnancy due to deficiency of QI and heart meridian stagnation of phlegm in male CHD patients; that of blood stagnancy due to deficiency of QI, type of deficiency of both QI and YIN and heart meridian stagnation of phlegm in female CHD patients. Conclusion： There is extensive prospect to use metabonomics approach which based on GC - TOF/MS and pattern recognition to reveal the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine essentially.
