保心饮治疗无症状性心力衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨保心饮治疗无症状性心力衰竭疗效。方法:按标准选择无症状性心力衰竭患者80例,随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上服用厄贝沙坦片(150mg/d),治疗组在此基础上加用保心饮。观察两组在治疗12周后左室收缩功能(LVEF)、左室舒张功能(E/A)、临床疗效变化、1年内显性心力衰竭发生率。结果:两组在治疗前各项指标比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),经过12周治疗,两组LVEF、E/A值治疗后较治疗前均有明显提高(P<0.01),但治疗组较对照组提高更明显(P<0.01);两组临床疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);两组在1年观察内显性心力衰竭发生率,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:保心饮联合厄贝沙坦片治疗无症状性心力衰竭疗效比单纯用厄贝沙坦片好,其机理可能与无症状性心力衰竭早期表现为气阴两虚兼瘀血、痰浊内阻有关,故保心饮对无症状性心力衰竭有较好的疗效。Objective ：The research was to study the effect of Protecting- heart Yin on asymptomatic heart faihtre. Methods：80 patients with asymptomatic heart failure, selected according to the standard, were divided randomly into control group and treatment group. There were 40 patients in control group and others in latter group. Patients in control group were given Irbesartan tablets （ 150 mg daily） on the basis of routine treatment and other patients in treatment group were given Protecting - heart Yin under the same condition. Then the left ventricular systolic function （left ventricular ejection fraction, LVEF）, left ventrlcular diastolic function（E/A）, changes of clinical effect, and annual incidence of symptomatic heart failure of patients in both groups were observed after 12 weeks . Results： There were not significant difference between control group and treatment group （P 〉 0.05）. 12 weeks after treatment the LVEF and E/A of rats in both groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment（P 〈 0.01 ）, and the ascending levels of those indexes in treatment group were more significant compared with control group （P 〈 0.01 ） ; The treatment group were superior in effect（P 〈 0.01 ） and lower than control group in annual incidence of symptomatic heart failure （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions ： The efficacy on asymptomatic heart failure by Irbesartan tablets combined with Protecting - heart Yin is superior to the former used alone. The mechanism is probably involved in early manifestation at asymptomatic heart failure which is asthenia of both qi and yin, with blood - stasis and phlegm - turbidity together. Thus, Protecting - heart Yin has a better therapeutic effect on asymptomatic heart failure.
