中西医结合治疗对原发性高血压颈动脉内膜增厚的消退作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合疗法对原发性高血压病人颈动脉内膜-中层增厚的消退作用。方法:将112例原发性高血压病人随机分为两组。治疗组56例,对照组56例。两组常规口服替米沙坦,治疗组在此基础上加用中药天麻勾藤饮,两组均治疗24周。比较两组治疗前后的血压、颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)、TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C等的变化。结果:治疗后两组SBP、DBP分别与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。服药24周后,治疗组颈动脉IMT治疗后与治疗前比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。两组治疗后比较也有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C与治疗前比较有显著差异(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:口服替米沙坦与中药天麻勾藤饮不但能较好的降压作用,对颈动脉IMT增厚亦有消退作用,同时能够降低TG、TC、LDL-C的水平。Objective：To study traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with essential hypertension carotid endarterectomy -the middle of the regressive effect of thickening. Methods：112 cases of essential hypertension patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group 56 cases,56 cases of the control group. Two groups of conventional oral Telmisartan treatment group at the basis of this add up with traditional Chinese medicine Tianma Gouteng decoction,the two groups were treated for 24 weeks. Compared between the two groups before and after treatment of blood pressure, carotid artery intima - media thickness （ IMT）, TG,TC, LDL - C, HDL - C and other changes. Results ： After the treatment,two groups of SBP, DBP, respectively, compared with those before treatment were significantly different （P 〈 0.05） ,treatment groups showed no significant difference （P 〉0.05）. 24 weeks after medication,the treatment group after treatment of carotid artery IMT compared with those before treatment, there is a very significant difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Comparison of the two groups after treatment there is also a very significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment,TG, TC, LDL- C compared with before treatment there is significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）, the control group no significant difference before and after treatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： of oral Telmisartan gastrodin hook rattan and Chinese medicine can not only drink good antihypertensive effect on carotid IMT thickening effect also dissipated at the same time be able to lower TG, TC, LDL - C level.
