摘　　要：目的建立用HPLC法测定清开灵胶囊中栀子苷含量的方法。方法采用安捷伦Agilent1100型高效液相色谱仪,Gracesmart C18色谱柱,检测波长238nm,以乙腈-水(15∶85)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min。结果线性范围0.0604～0.3020g(r=0.9998);平均回收率为98.73%(n=10),RSD=1.61%。结论本方法准确可靠,可用于清开灵胶囊中栀子苷含量的测定。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of geniposide content in Qingkailing Capsule. Methods HPLC with Gracesmart C18 was used and detection wavelength was 238 nm with acetonitrile-water （15 ： 85） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The standard curve was linear over the range of 0.060 4-0.302 0μg （r=0.999 8）. The average recovery was 98.73%, and RSD was 1.61%. Condusion This method is reliable, accurate and suitable for the determination of geniposide in Qingkailing Capsule.
