摘  要:目的建立藕节炭中3-表白桦脂酸含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:LichrospherC18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸(75∶25),流速:1mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:207nm。结果3-表白桦脂酸的进样量在0.3654~3.654μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996,平均回收率为98.83%,RSD=2.47%。不同地区市售藕节炭中3-表白桦脂酸的含量最高为0.5758%,最低为0.0483%。结论本法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为藕节炭中3-表白桦脂酸的含量测定方法。Objective To establish a method for the content determination of 3-epibetulinic acid in Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Charcoal. Methods HPLC was used on Lichrospher C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% glacial acetic acid (75 : 25), the flow rate of 1 mL/min, the column temperature of 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength of 207 nm. Results 3-epibetulinic acid has a good linearity within 0.365 4-3.654 0 μg (r=0.999 6) and the average recovery was 98.83% with RSD= 2.47%. The content of 3-epibetulinic acid in Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Charcoal from different region varied from 0.048 3% to 0.575 8%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, with good reproducibility, and can be used for the content determination of 3-epibetulinic acid in Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Charcoal.
