摘 要:目的了解全自动清洗机清洗消毒工作质量,提高灭菌保证水平,以便加强管理和医院感染控制。方法每台清洗机第1舱放置英国产Brown STF清洗效果检测卡,对全自动清洗机对器械的清洗效果进行监测;并对可能影响清洗效果的因素进行试验。结果2年内STF清洗效果检测卡检测清洗器械质量总合格率为98.9%;手术室器械和各科室器械清洗清洗合格率分别为98.6%和99.4%。结论全自动清洗机适合清洗外科器械,提高了工作效率,减少了费用,降低了由于手工操作对护士的刺伤和感染,能满足临床的需要;STF检测卡操作安全,能有效地检测清洗机的清洗效果,适合应用于临床。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the cleaning efficacy of the automatic cleaning machine and the risk factors to ensure the effect of disinfection and sterilization. METHODS Cleaning efficacy of the automatic cleaning machines was detected by STF cleaning test card. It was put in the first cabin of every automatic cleaning machine. And it was also tested for these factors in determining cleaning qualities such as enzyme concentration, water temperature and pieces of instruments washed. RESULTS The cleaning efficacy of the automatic cleaning machines was 98.9% in the continuous two years. The qualified rate was 98.6% for surgical instruments,99.4% for all instrument in clinical sections. CONCLUSIONS The machine is suitable for the cleaning of surgical instruments. It also raises working efficiency, cutting down the cost of repairs and maintenance, reducing the chances of injury and infections in nurses who performed manual cleaning preeedures. The procedures of the STF cleaning test card in detecting the cleaning efficacy is simpler, safer, and suitable for clinical applications.
