摘　　要：目的研究外科护士手卫生实践理论频数，为开展手卫生依从性督查提供基础依据。方法采用直接观察研究的方法，对医院7个外科病区的护士手卫生进行调查。结果自2008年3月10日-7月20日，7个外科病区共观察了474个白昼工作时间段，记录了5887次的手卫生情况，需采用皂液加流水洗手3620次（61．49％），可采用含醇手消毒剂搓手2267次（38．51％），平均每个工作小时需实施手卫生的频次为（12．4±2．4）次／h（95％CI：12．2～12．6）；7个外科病区的在岗护士人数的平均护士与病床之比为0．33±0．18，护士与病床比例系数与手卫生频次经相关性检验，差异有统计学意义（r=0．410，P〈0．01）。结论医院外科病区护士平均手卫生理论频数为（12．4±2．4）次／h，护士与病床比例系数与手卫生频次呈正相关。OBJECTIVE To determine the theoretical frequency of hand hygiene practice among surgical nurses, providing the essential data for the administration of compliance of hand hygiene. METHODS Direct observational study on the frequency of hand hygiene practice among nurses in seven surgical wards was taken. RESULTS From Mar 2008 to Jul 2008, we observed 474-h in daytime periods and recorded 5887 opportunities of hand hygiene in nurses in seven surgical wards. Of 5887 opportunities, the opportunities of handwashing with soap and water were 3620 times （61.49 %）and handrubbing with alcohol-based solution were 2267 times （38.51%）, the average was 12.4 ± 2.4 opportunities of hand hygiene per work hour （95 % CI： 12.2-12.6 opportunities per work hour）. The average nurse-to-bed ratio was 0. 33 ± 0. 18 on duty among seven surgical wards, it was very important the statistical difference between nurse-to-bed ratio and frequency of hand hygiene by correlation analysis （r= 0. 410, P 〈0.01）. CONCLUSIONS The average theoretical frequency of hand hygiene practice is （12.4±2.4） opportunities per work hour among nurses in surgical wards. There is positive correlation between the ratio of nurse-to-bed ratio and frequency of hand hygiene.
