摘  要:研究固溶处理温度、保温时间、淬火转移时间、时效前停放时间、时效温度、时效保温时间等工艺参数对一种Al-Mg-Si合金板材的组织及性能的影响。确定:该种Al-Mg-Si板材淬火加热温度为525℃±2℃;淬火加热保温时间为30min~70min;淬火转移时间t1≤30s;淬火后停放时间t2≤4h;时效温度为180℃±5℃;时效时间为10h。This paper study the technological parameters of solution treatment temperature, heat preservation time during quenching, transfer time during quenching, staying time before aging, aging temperature, heat preservation time during aging, et Al on the macrostructures and properties of a kind of Al-Mg-Si alloy plate. It is concluded that the heating temperature of a kind of Al-Mg-Si- T6 plate is 525℃ ± 2℃, the heat preservation time during quenching is 30 min - 70 min, transfer time during quenching less than 30 s, staying time after quenching less than 4 h,the aging temperature is 180℃ ± 5℃ and the aging time is 10 h.
