摘  要:为了确定塔机安全合理的附着间距,提出了一种塔机附着装置的刚度计算方法,从而确定了该类附着装置刚度的强弱方向,并按照刚度最弱方向的刚度确定塔机附着间距。计算得到附着装置刚度后,折算成与塔机结构有关的弹性附着系数,运用传递矩阵模型缩减法求得的超单元刚度阵的行列式,可得到不同弹性系数下的最佳附着间距,并通过有限元分析软件验证了计算的正确性和有效性。In order to determine the safe and reasonable attachment distance of tower crane, derive a stiffness calculation method of a typical tower crane attachment device. On the foundation of the derived stiffness, the type of device's strength of the direction of the stiffness is determined, in accordance with the weakest rigidly directions to determine the layout attachment spacing of tower crane. In this paper the derived rigidly was converted to a flexibility coefficient related to the physical of the tower crane. Use the transfer matrix reduced model, the reasonable attachment distance with different flexibility coefficient can be obtained from the determinant of the developed-element stiffness matrix. The validity and correctness of the result in the literature are verified through the FEA software.
