膏剂渗硼不装箱法的工艺研究与分析

摘　　要：对采用防氧化涂料的膏剂局部渗硼法的膏剂配方和渗硼工艺进行了试验，并分析了影响因素；在５ＣｒＭｎＭｏ热锻模上进行了生产应用试验；试验结果表明，不装箱膏剂渗硼可使５ＣｒＭｎＭｏ热锻模的使用寿命提高一倍以上．An experiment on the paste ingredient and the process of partial paste boronization with oxidation resistant paint is made. The factors influencing upon the experiment are analyzed. Then an application test for hot forging die made from 5CrMnMo steel is carried out. The results show that the service life of the hot forging is doubled using the paste boronization without boxing.
