摘　　要：目的探讨老年人胆道再次手术的术前评估及处理策略。方法回顾性分析我院2005年7月至2008年4月收治的38例老年人胆道再次手术病人的临床资料。结果再次手术时间为1.5～9h,平均(4.2±2.2)h;术中输血8例,输血量为400～1000ml,平均(395±286)ml;住院时间为8～38d,平均(18.0±9.7)d。无围手术期死亡,未发生严重的并发症。结论严格掌握手术适应证,充分做好术前准备和评估,强调再次手术的处理原则,老年胆道再次手术是可以安全实施的。Objective To investigate the preoperative evaluation and management strategy of bile duct reoperation in elderly patients. Methods The clinical data of 38 cases of elderly patients un- dergoing bile duct reoperation in our hospital from Jul. 2005 to Apr. 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The operating time was 1.5-9 h （mean 4. 2 ±2. 2 h）. Eight cases had blood transfusion during the operation, and the blood volume was 400-1000 ml（mean 395 ± 286 ml）. The hospital day was 8-38 days （mean 18. 0± 9. 7 days）. There were no deaths during perioperative period and no serious complications. Conclusion Bile duct reoperation in elderly patients is safe and feasible through an- alyzing the initial surgery information carefully, controlling the surgical indications strictly and emphasizing the processing principle of reoperation with sufficient preparation and preoperative evaluation
