摘　　要：目的探讨成人型直肠脱垂的外科治疗方法。方法回顾分析15例成人型直肠脱垂病人的临床资料,其中10例Ⅱ度完全脱垂者采用经腹直肠悬吊加消痔灵液注射治疗,5例Ⅲ度完全脱垂者采用经腹直肠悬吊及补片固定加消痔灵液注射治疗。结果所有病人术后均获随访,平均随访48.3个月,痊愈14例,好转1例,无术后并发症及复发者。结论经腹直肠悬吊及补片固定加消痔灵液注射治疗成人型直肠脱垂是一种较好的手术方式,手术同时应治疗其他的合并病。Objective To analyze and assess the clinical effects of surgical operation for complete proctoptosis in adults. Methods The clinical data of 15 patients with complete proctoptosis in a- dults receiving surgical operations were analyzed respectively. Ten patients with Ⅱ° complete proctop- tosis were treated by proctopexy through abdomen plus selerothrapy in combination with perirectal Xiaozhiling injection, and 5 patients with Ⅲ°complete proctoptosis were treated by proctopexy through abdomen using polypropylene mesh plus selerothrapy in combination with perirectal Xiaozhiling injection. Results All patients were followed up for 48. 3 months averagely. The curative effect of surgical operation was satisfactory. There were no operative complications and recurrence. Conclusion Treating patients with Ⅱ and Ⅲ° complete proctoptosis in adults by proctopexy through abdomen with or without polypropylene mesh plus selerothrapy in combination with perirectal Xiaozhiling injection may obtain effectiveness. At the same time of surgical operation,other co-existing diseased should be treated.
