摘  要:针对稠油的高黏性、易乳化等特点及容易造成管道等生产设备的堵塞、高能耗等技术难题,加快稠油降黏新理论的研究成为解决稠油安全经济输送、降低稠油生产成本的重点。介绍了目前常用的几种稠油管输减阻方法,阐述了它们的工作原理,对比分析了它们的优缺点。同时,探讨并总结了稠油冷采中产生的泡沫油流使其采收率提高的原理以及泡沫油流的组成,提出了应用泡沫油流改善稠油的流动性的思路,对提高稠油的管输效率具有显著的意义。The characters of heavy oil, such as high viscosity and easy emulsification trait, cause some technical problems like consumption of more energy and the blocking up of the pipelines or production facilities, etc. Therefore, it is high time to strengthen the research on a new theory to reduce the viscosity of heavy oil. This new theory may help solve problems with security and economical transportation of heavy oil and lower the cost of the production as the final purpose. Recently, cold recovery of heavy oil ,which produced a flow of foams ,has increased the yield by 10 - 20 times. So, the foamy oil flow becomes a new subject to be studied at home and abroad. This article compares and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used method of drag reduction about heavy oil transportation and discusses the cause of the forming of foamy low. Aplieations of foamy flow to improving the fluidity of heavy oil and the efficiency of the pipeline will be of much significance.
