摘　　要：冠心病是一种心身疾病,有充分的流行病学证据证明心理社会因素对冠心病的发生起着重要的作用,其中慢性压力是重要的心理社会因素之一,心理压力增加了冠心病的发生率和病死率。现阐述冠心病主要的慢性压力,并呼吁社会及医务工作人员重视慢性压力对冠心病的影响。Coronary heart disease is a psychosomatic disease. Some sufficient epidemiology evidences had proved that psychosocial factor is a significant risk factor of coronary heart disease. Chronic stress is one of psychosocial factor. Mental stress increases the morbidity and mortality of coronary heart disease. This article discusses the main chronic stress and appeals the society and the medical profession should pay sufficient attention to this situation.
