摘　　要：踝臂指数是诊断外周动脉疾病的评定标准,脉搏波速度是评定大动脉弹性的重要指标。然而心-踝血管指数是一项新的动脉硬化评价指标,其表示固有动脉硬化程度。研究表明大动脉僵硬度是心血管病危险的标志,现就无创检测动脉僵硬度对早期诊断心血管病的指导意义作一综述。The ankle-brachial index is an indicator of peripheral arterial disease, while pulse wave velocity isan important index for evaluating the arterial elasticity. The cardio-ankle vascular index in turn represents a new index for evaluating arteriosclerosis. Previous studies show that the presence of arterial stiffness is an indicator of cardiovascular diseases. This article reviews the significance of noninvasive arterial stiffness examination in the early diagnosing cardiovascular diseases.
