田振国治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎经验

摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是一种以持续性或反复发作的黯液血便、腹痛为主要临床表现的一种结肠炎性疾病。中医防治本病历史悠久,经验丰富。田振国教授以临床实践为着眼点,运用益气健脾、助阳温肾、疏柔肝体、清热利湿、活血化瘀等方法进行辨证论治,并结合八纲辨证理论进一步提出了"温清并进"、"通涩合参"、"消补同用"的治疗方法,应用临床,疗效确切。Chronic ulcerative colitis （short for UC）is a kind of inflammatory bowel disease, manifested by cramping abdominal pain, purulent bloody stool, traditional chinese medicine has a long history and plentiful experience. Professor Tian fixs eyes upon clinical practice, adopting invigorating spleen and Qi, wanning kidney yang, soothing liver, clearing heat and dispelling dampness, activating blood and resolving stasis and so on to treatment on the basis of syndrome differentiation, and he recommend the treatment methods of combining warming the interior and clearing heat, uniting purgatives and arresting diarrhea, integrating resolving method with tonif＇ying method, Professor Tian applies the prescription flexibly according as diffirent paients, the therapeutic effect is very remarkable.
