自拟活血祛风汤治疗特应性皮炎68例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价自拟活血祛风汤治疗特应性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:138例婴幼儿特应性皮炎患儿随机分为两组:治疗组68例以自拟活血祛风汤治疗为主;对照组70例用抗组胺药、皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、抗感染等治疗。结果:自拟活血祛风汤总有效率98.5%明显高于对照组78.6%(P<0.05)。结论:自拟活血祛风汤治疗特应性皮炎具有较好的临床疗效。Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of Self-made Wind -expelling and Blood-flow-activating Decoction on patients with atopic dermatitis. Methods：Randomly divide 138 infant patients with atopic dermatitis into 2 groups. The 68 patients in the treatment group were treated mainly with Self-made Wind-expelling and Blood-flow-activating Decoction, while the 70 patients in the control group were treated with antihistamine, cortical hormone, immunosuppressive agents and anti-infective agents. Results ：The effective rate of Self-made Wind-expelling and Blood-flow-activating Decoction was 98.5% and was remarkably higher than that of the therapy used in the control group which was 78.6% （ P 〈 0. 05） Conclusion ： Self-made Wind-expelllng and Bloodflow-activating Decoction has a good clinical effect when treating atopic dermatitis.
