湿疹汤Ⅱ号内服治疗慢性湿疹临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察湿疹汤Ⅱ号内服治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将80例慢性湿疹患者随机分为湿疹汤Ⅱ号内服治疗组和左西替利嗪口服对照组各40例。结果:治疗组治愈18例,显效10例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率92.5%;对照组治愈11例,显效8,有效10例,无效11例,总有效率72.5%,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:湿疹汤Ⅱ号内服治疗慢性湿疹有较好的临床疗效。在治疗慢性湿疹方面,中医药具有明显优势,采用中西医结合的方法治疗慢性湿疹,会取得满意效果。Objective ：To study the therapeutic effect of eczema herb oral administration on the patients with chronic Eczema. Methods ： Classifying 80 patients with ehronie eczema randomly into two groups ： treated group who receive treatment of eczema herb and controlled group who receive treatment of levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets respectively. Results ： The total effective rates of the two groups are 92. 5 % and 72.5 % respectively. The total effective rate comparison has significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Eczema herb oral administration has fine therapeutic effect on the patients with chronic eczema. We can obtain better effect by integrated traditional and western medicine on chronic eczema.
