摘　　要：介绍了本钢5号高炉自动诊断系统的构成、模块的开发及其应用。实践证明,该系统简捷、实用,省去了繁杂的计算和边界条件阀值设定,有效地指导了高炉停炉控料线和控制炉顶打水量等,改善了高炉操作。This paper introduces the constitution, development and application of the module of the automatic diagnosis system on No. 5 BF of Bengang. The actual operations demonstrate that complex calculations and setting valve values of the boundary conditions can be omitted by application of this system, thus it can effectively guide BF operations in controlling the water spraying from the furnace roof and the charge level during BF blow off, and BF operations can also be improved greatly.
