摘  要:制取了9种不同Ti含量的试样,通过实验室正火处理等方法调整析出相的析出状态,通过测试氢渗透时间、搪瓷试验等研究了Ti含量和析出状态对抗鳞爆性能的影响。结果表明,氢渗透时间随Ti含量及Ti/C比值的升高而延长。当Ti以析出粒子存在时,钢板具有更好的抗鳞爆效果。介绍了基于研究结果开发的双面搪瓷用热轧钢板的技术特点、实际性能水平和应用情况。The samples with nine kinds of different content of Ti are prepared, then the precipitated state of the precipitate phase is adjusted by treatment methods such as normalizing in laboratory, and effects of the content of Ti and precipitated state on the fish - sealing resistance are studied by testing hydrogen penetration time and doing enameling experiments. The results show that hydrogen penetration time is prolonged with the content of Ti and the ratios of Ti to C increasing. The sheet steel will indicate a better fish - scaling resistance when Ti exists as the state of the precipitating particles. This paper also introduces the technical characteristics, actual performance level and applications of the double - faced enameled hot rolled sheet steel developed on the basis of the above mentioned research results.
