摘　　要：介绍了烧结矿SiO2含量对烧结与炼铁生产的影响,理论上分析了烧结矿SiO2、CaO降低后各项技术指标和生产指标的变化。鲅鱼圈目前烧结矿SiO2含量较低,对烧结矿冷热强度指标影响较大,提出了增加鲅鱼圈烧结矿SiO2含量的途径。The effect of the content of SiO2 in sinter ores during sintering and iron - making is introduced. All technological variable indexes in production are theoretically analyzed when reducing the content of both SiO2 and CaO in the sinter ores. The content of SiO2 in the sinter ores used by Bayuquan Steel Branch Company is relatively low and as a result the low content of SiO2 has a much effect on both hot and cold strength indexes of the sinter ores. According to the analysis on the causes of low SiO2, technical solutions to increase the content of SiO2 in the sinter ores are suggested at the end.
