均质烧结技术在鞍钢的应用

摘　　要：简要介绍了均质烧结技术的特点及在鞍钢的应用情况。实施该技术后,烧结机料层厚度提高了50～100 mm,点火温度降低了150～200℃,点火煤气消耗降低了31.5%～50.5%,固体燃料消耗降低了2～3 kg/t。This paper introduces characteristics of the homogeneous sintering technology and its application in C, emal Ironmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd.. After it is put into practice, the layer height on the sintering machine increases by 50 - 100 ram, the ignition temperature goes down by 150-200 ℃, the gas consumption for ignition cuts down by 31.5%- 50.5% and consumption for solid fuels drops hy 2 - 3 kg/t.
