摘　　要：采用现场测试与理论计算相结合的方法,对某厂热轧精整线模式飞剪的剪切力进行了评估分析。结果表明,该模式飞剪机具有生产σb=1 000 MPa、h≤21 mm高强度钢板的剪切能力,并验证了诺沙里公式可用于模式飞剪平均剪切力的计算。By using on-site test and theoretical calculation, an analysis is made of the cutting capability of mode flying shear on a certain HSM finishing line. The results show that the shear is capable of processing medium plate of 1 000 MPa in yield strength and less than 21mm in thickness. Meanwhile, it is verified that B. B. Nosalia formula can be applied to calculate the average cutting force of mode flying shear.
