摘 要:目的:利用静电技术制备缓释药物微球及纤维毡,并研究其缓释效果。方法:以总丹参酮为模型药物,羟基丁酸-羟基辛酸共聚物为载体,制备缓释微球、纤维毡。结果:微球、纤维毡331 h后累积释放率分别是37.2%、46.3%。结论:利用静电技术制备药物微球及纤维毡是开发药物新剂型中有效的途经,具有发展前景。Objective:To prepare sustained-release drug microspheres and fiber mats with electrostastic technique and to study the sustained-release effect. Methods:The total tanshinone was used as drug model and hydroxybutyrate-cohydroxyoctanoate was used as carrier material to prepare sustained-release microspheres and fiber mats by electrostastic technique. Results:Cumulative release rate of fiber mats and microspheres after 331 h was 37.2% and 46.3% respectively. Conclusion: Preparing sustained-rel effective way for developing a new dosage ease drug microspheres and fiber mats with electrostastic technique is another of medicine and it has extensive developing prospects.
