摘  要:对NH_3/CO_2复叠式制冷系统进行了性能实验,并对NH_3/CO_2复叠系统、两级NH_3系统以及单级NH_3系统的性能进行了比较。结果表明,当CO_2冷凝温度升高时,复叠系统的COP先增大后降低;随着冷凝蒸发器中换热温差的降低、CO_2蒸发温度的升高,系统COP逐渐升高。在较低的蒸发温度下,NH_3/CO_2复叠系统的COP高于两级NH_3、单级NH_3系统。结果表明自然工质的NH_3/CO_2复叠式制冷系统在低温工况下具有良好的应用前景。An experiment on the performance of a cascade refrigeration system with NH3/CO2 was conducted and its performance was compared with that of a two-stage NH3 cycle or a single-stage NH3 cycle. The results show that the COP of the cascade system increases at first and then decreases with the increase in the CO2 condensing temperature. Moreover, the system COP increases with a decrease of the temperature difference in the evaporator-condenser or with an increase in CO2 evaporating temperature. In addition, the COP of the NH3/CO2 cascade cycle is greater than that of the two-stage NH3 cycle or the single-stage NH3 cycle at the lower evaporating temperatures.
