Studies on the Selective Toxicity and Selective Mechanism of Poisonous Ingredient Celangulin Ⅴ of Celastrus angulatus Against the Insect Pests

摘  要:生测结果表明,苦皮藤毒杀成分苦皮藤素Ⅴ若被试虫摄入消化道(胃毒处理),则在小地老虎Agrotisypsilon和粘虫Mythimnaseparata幼虫之间有明显的选择毒杀作用:对小地老虎4龄幼虫,即使给予高达105mg/g的剂量,试虫也不表现任何中毒症状,而对粘虫4龄幼虫,仅给予376μg/g的剂量,试虫就表现失水、死亡。若直接将苦皮藤素Ⅴ注入试虫血淋巴,则小地老虎和粘虫4龄幼虫都表现相同的失水、死亡症状,不表现选择毒杀作用。这种胃毒选择毒杀作用的机理包括2个方面:①药剂在虫体内穿透作用的差异。苦皮藤素Ⅴ很容易从粘虫幼虫消化道穿透肠壁进入血腔,也容易从血腔进入消化道;但苦皮藤素Ⅴ既不能从小地老虎幼虫消化道进入血腔,也不能从血腔进入消化道;②试虫解毒能力的差异。活体试验和离体试验都说明小地老虎幼虫对苦皮藤素Ⅴ的解毒速率远大于粘虫幼虫。The bioassay results of the poisonous ingredient celangulin Ⅴ against the 4thinstar larvae of Mythimna separata and Agrotis ypsilon with oral applicating method showed that celangulin Ⅴ had selective poisonous action:the larvae of Mythimna separata could lose the bodyliguid and fall into death at a dosage of 376 μg/g, no individual of the larva of Agrotis ypsilon would be exhibited any poisonous symptom, even though at a dosage of 105 mg/g The bioassay results of celangulin Ⅴ agaist the 4thinstar larvae of Mythimna separata and Agrotis ypsilon  with injection applicating method showed that celangulin Ⅴ had no selective poisonous action, both Mythimna separata and Agrotis ypsilon  larvae could lose the bodyliquid and fall into deathTwo respects of the mechanism might be involved in this selective toxicity:1The difference of penetrationIn the larval body of Mythimna separata, celangulin Ⅴ could penetrate the midgut wall from the digestive tube into the haemocoele, or from haemocoel into the digestive tube, while in the larval body of Agrotis ypsilon, celangulin Ⅴ could not penetrate the midgut wall neither from the digestive tube into the haemocoele, nor from the hacmocoele into the digestive tube2The difference of detoxicityThe testing results in Vivo or in Vitro indicated that the rate of degradation and detoxicity of celangulin Ⅴ in the larval body of Agrotis ypsilon was higher than in the larval bdy ofMythimna separata
