肾炎灵对阿霉素肾病大鼠肾脏的保护作用

摘　　要：目的观察中药复方肾炎灵对阿霉素肾病大鼠的肾损伤是否具有保护作用。方法采用尾静脉注射阿霉素制作肾病大鼠模型。肾炎灵组大鼠在注射阿霉素前预先给药1周,给药7周后检测各组大鼠24 h尿蛋白含量、血肌酐（Cr）和尿素氮（BUN）等肾功能指标,并观察各组大鼠肾组织的病理学变化。结果肾炎灵组大鼠24 h尿蛋白在第2~4周明显下降,与模型组相比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但在给药后期仅有下降趋势,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;肾炎灵对肾病大鼠的肾系数和血Cr也仅有下降趋势,但对BUN有明显的降低作用,差差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;显微镜下可见肾炎灵组大鼠的肾组织病理改变有一定程度的减轻。结论肾炎灵对阿霉素肾病大鼠肾脏具有一定的保护作用。Objective To investigate whether Shenyanling has a protecting function on the kidney injury in nephrotic rats induced by adriamycin （ADR）. Methods Nephrotie rat model was induced by intravenous injection of ADR.The experimental rats were randomly divided into 5 groups：the control group, model group,Shenyanling low-dosage group, Shenyanling high-dosage group, and prednisone group. The rats of Shenyanling-treated groups were given Shenyanling for 1 week before intravenous injection of ADR. 7 weeks after administration, the changes of 24 h urinary protein, renal coefficient, Cr （serum creatinine）and BUN （blood urea nitrogen）as well as the pathomorphologieal changes of renal tissue were observed. Results Excretion of 24 h urinary protein was significantly reduced by Shenyanling as compared with that in the model group at the 2nd to 4th week （P〈0.05）. The renal coefficient and Cr were only reduced by Shenyanling without significance, but BUN was significantly reduced as compared with that in the model group（P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ）. The pathomorphological changes of renal tissue were improved compared with that in the model group. Conclusion Shenyanling has protective effects on kidney in ADR-induced nephrotic rats.
