摘　　要：大学生职业生涯规划具有丰富且生动的思想政治教育资源,将其与思想政治教育有效契合,能帮助大学生正确认识和评价自我,树立正确的人生观、价值观、择业观,也能在一定程度上促使思想政治教育真正落到实处。帮助大学生增强主体意识,能有效地完成学校培养人才的目标。College students＇ career planning has richly as well as vividly ideological and political education resources. If effectively combined with ideological and political education, college students＇ career planning can help college students to correctly understand and evaluate themselves, set up a correct outlook on life, values and view of choosing career. It can also promote ideological and political education to land on feet truly to some certain extent. All of these will help the students to intensify their awareness of subjectivity and finally reach the goal of training talents.
