摘  要:研究了Cr12MoV钢超塑性压缩变形的力学特性和应变速率敏感性指数m值。在温度780~820℃、初始应变速率(1.5~15)×10-4s-1条件下测得压缩应力-应变曲线,测量、计算了试样膨胀系数。分析结果表明,试样压缩后基本保持圆柱状,膨胀系数大于1;在780~820℃,(1.5~15)×10-4s-1压缩条件下,稳态阶段流变应力低至80MPa,应变速率敏感性指数m约0.23,与其拉伸超塑性m值相近,显示出良好的超塑性。The mechanical character on compression superplasticity and the strain rate sensitivity of the Cr12MoV steel were conducted.The compression true stress-strain curves were measured under compression conditions of 780~820℃ and strain rate of (0.75~15)×10-4 s-1,and the expansion coefficient of sample was calculated.The results show that the samples after compressed are almost cylinder and the expansion coefficient is greater than 1.The lowest flow stress is 80MPa and the strain rate sensitivity m is about 0.23 with compression conditions of 780~820℃ and strain rate of (1.5~15)×10-4 s-1.The value of m is equal to that of tensile superplasticity.The Cr12MoV steel possesses the superplastic compression deformation.
