摘　　要：公共关系对于保险基层机构而言,不仅仅是资源,更是重要的生产力。通过坚持不懈与地方政府、政法机关、监管机关、同行和中介机构以及媒体协调公共关系,可以营造良好的外部经营环境和调动内部员工的积极性,达到内炼素质和外求发展的目的。For the branches or sub - branches of insurance company, public relationship is not only resource, but also important productive forces. On establishment of long - term relationship with local government, political legal departments, supervision departments, industry companies, insurance agents （brokers） and mass media, insurance companies can set up good operating environment and motivate activity of staff and to promote the ability of staff and to advance the development of the company.
