摘　　要：利用RT-PCR和SABC免疫组织化学染色的方法,对SD大鼠进行了层黏蛋白受体在mRNA和蛋白2个水平上分布和表达的检测。结果表明,层黏蛋白受体mRNA和蛋白在大鼠检测组织内均有表达,表达的细胞类型为大脑、海马和小脑的神经细胞及心肌细胞、肝细胞、淋巴细胞、支气管上皮细胞、肺泡上皮细胞和肾小管上皮细胞。为探讨层黏蛋白受体的分布、功能及在信号转导途径中的作用提供数据。The distribution and quantification of laminin receptor （LR） in mRNA and protein levels in tissues of SD rats was studied by RT-PCR and SABC immunohistochemical methods. The results showed that both mRNA and protein of laminin receptor protein were expression in all detected tissues of rat. The cell types of the expressed LR were neurons of cerebral cortex, hippocampus, cerebellum, as well as cardiac muscle cells, liver cells, lymph ceils, bronchial epithelial cells,pulmonary alveoli epithelial cells and renal tubular epithelial cells. The results present the basic data for distribution, function and role in the signal transduction pathway for laminin receptor.
