摘　　要：提取并纯化了大量的PCI-Ghrelin-28aa质粒,选取了同日龄的断奶仔猪8只(雌雄各4只),按体质量、性别等分到质粒及生理盐水2个处理组中,进行对比试验,试验期为63 d,分别在0、7、21、35、49、63 d采样并测定相应的指标。结果表明,PCI-Ghrelin-28aa质粒对猪具有明显的促生长作用,作用时间至少可达1个月;PCI-Ghrelin-28aa质粒可提高猪对粗蛋白质的消化率,降低料重比;PCI-Ghrelin-28aa质粒具有增强猪机体免疫力的趋势。To study the effects of PCI-Ghrelin-28aa gene plasmid on the performance of piglets, which lay the foundation for application of PCI-Ghrelin-28aa in stockbreeding. The PCI-Gbrelin-28aa Gene Plasmid was extracted and purified,and eight 30-day-old weaning piglets （four male,four female） borned in the same day were randomly di- vided into control and treatment groups, according to weight and sex. The concentration of total protein, albumin in serum and the growth performance were observed. The results showed that PCkGhrelin 28aa gene plasmid could sig- nificantly stimulate body weight gain at least one mouth, increase digestibility of protein, reduce feed-weight ratio, and improve immunity of pigs.
