摘 要:从构建河道采沙影响评价指标体系的目标出发,在考虑河道采沙行为影响的适度性控制和河流系统的自我调整、自我适应能力两方面耦合作用的基础上,分析和探讨了所建体系的框架、构成和指标权重及量值的确定,构建了由目标层、影响层、因素层、指标层构成的河道采沙影响评价指标体系。Based on the coupling effect of moderate control of the influence of river sediment mining and the self-adjustment and self-adaptation ability of river systems, and with the aim of constructing an evaluation system for the effects of river sand excavation, the frame, composition, index weight and measurement of the system are analyzed and discussed. A four-layer structure evaluation system is established for the effects of river sand excavation, including a target level, influence level, factor level and index level.
