摘　　要：衡阳在湖南城市群中,尤其在湘南城市群中具有重要地位,但城市经济外向度不高,第三产业发展缓慢;衡阳必须不断提升工业化水平,大力发展第三产业,提高经济外向度,加强城乡一体化建设和城市间协作,促进衡阳城市化进程。HengYang occupies an important position in the urbanization of Hunan, especially in the city combo of southern Hunan, while consumptions and buying power of city dwellers are lukewarm and in adequate, and the outward economic expansion is far from thriving. On this account the industrial capacity, the service sectors and the outward economic expansion of Hengyang are supposed to grow. And the coordinative rural-urban co-development and collaborations between cities are supposed to make massive progress as to boost up the urbanization of Hengyang.
