摘 要:针对引黄水库水具有低温、低浊、高藻的水体特征,研制开发一种新型浮滤池净水装置,将气浮过滤一体化,具有占地面积较省、不设絮凝池、运行方式灵活、气浮过滤协同净水等优点。通过对装置混凝条件进行优化,优选聚合氯化铝铁为最佳混凝剂,其最佳投药量为2mg·L-1(以Al3+计)。在低温低浊条件下,运行初期浮滤池工艺对浊度、CODMn、UV254、色度平均去除率分别达到86.49%、43.46%、63.51%、75%。在高藻期对藻类总数、叶绿素a的去除效率分别达到76.31%、71.26%,净水效果显著。The water quality characteristics of Jinan Queshan reservoir (which derived from Yellow River) are low temperature, low turbidity, and high algae. Based on those characteristics, the flofilter, which joins flotation with filtration, was designed, and it has many advantages, such as less area, no flocculation tank, flexible operation, coordinated water purification of flotation and filtration, etc. Through the optimum study on flocculation condition, PAFC is suited for Queshan reservoir water, and the optimum dosage of PAFC is 2.0 mg·L^-1 (Al^3+). In the conditions of low temperature and low turbidity, the average removal rates ofturbidity,CODMn,UV254,chroma are 86.49%, 43.46%, 63.51%, 75% respectively in the early running, and the average removal rates of algae, chla are 76.31%, 71.26% in the high algae phase. The flofilter show higher water purification effect.
