摘 要:运用三相生物流化床工艺对生活污水进行处理,以活性炭作生物载体,采用快速排泥挂膜法启动试验,在反应器的运行过程中逐渐改变容积负荷、进口浓度、水力停留时间、空气流量,考察这四种因素对COD及NH3-N去除率的影响。结果表明,当系统运行到第20天的时候COD及NH3-N去除率已经达到了一个较高水平,并趋于稳定,表明系统启动成功。在后30天COD去除率保持在80%以上,NH3-N去除率保持在60%以上,这说明此工艺对COD及NH3-N的去除效果较好。Taking activated carbon as biological carrier,using the method of fast discharging sludge and forming biofilm,domestic sewerage were treated by the technology of three-phase bio-flnidized bed.The COD and NH3-N removal rate were affected by four kinds of factors, including volume load, concentration of water inflow, hydraulic residence time, and air flow rate,and the factors were changed gradually during the operating time. The results showed that COD and NH3-N removal rate had a bigger value and tended towards stability at the 20th day.It indicated that the system's start-up had sueeeeded. Within the last 30 days, COD removal rate kept above 80%, and NH3-N removal rate kept above 60%,respectively. It was shown that good COD and NH3-N removal effect had been gotten by using the technology.
