摘 要:氨基化碳纳米管被引入己内酯单体微波辅助开环聚合体系,一步制备出碳纳米管纳米复合聚己内酯材料.其中,碳纳米管表面的氨基引发己内酯单体聚合在碳纳米管表面形成聚己内酯接枝链.氨基化碳纳米管的引入明显提高了聚己内酯材料的强度和模量,甚至在低含量(<2%)时断裂伸长率也同时得到提高.利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、示差扫描量热分析和动态力学分析揭示了纳米复合材料的断裂形貌、结晶情况和热性质,进而探讨了氨基化碳纳米管对提高力学性能的关键作用.The amino-functionalized carbon nanotubes were introduced into the microwave-assistant ring-open polymerization of caprolactone monomer, and then produced carbon nanotube-modified polycaprolactone nanocomposites in-situ. Meanwhile, the grafted polycaprolactone chains formed on the surface of carbon nanotubes due to the initiating polymerization of the amino groups onto carbon nanotubes. The addition of amino-functionalized carbon nanotubes resulted in the significant enhancement of strength and modulus. In addition, the elongation was enhanced even when the content of amino-functionalized carbon nanotube was lower than 2%. Thereafter, the fractured structures, crystalline and thermal properties of nanocomposites were investigated by scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry and dynamic mechanical analysis, respectively. Furthermore, the key role of amino-functionalized carbon nanotubes in enhancing mechanical performances was discussed.
